Handling of the ibidi Pump System

Course Objectives

Level: Beginner

The ibidi Pump System, in combination with the ibidi Channel Slides, is the ideal tool to cultivate cells under flow in order to mimic the physiological conditions in vivo.

This course covers all aspects of setting up the ibidi Pump System in the lab. In 2.5 hours, you will learn about the different pump components and how to handle them, including both the Fluidic Unit, the Perfusion Sets, and the software for controlling the system. We will also demonstrate the stepwise process of setting up an assay with cells under flow.

After the course, you will be equipped with advanced knowledge and a better understanding of the necessary tools needed to perform your flow experiments using the ibidi Pump System.

No sterile working benches or cells are required to participate. Attend the course from the comfort of your office or home.

"I highly recommend the ibidi online course on ibidi Pump applications and cells under flow. As a beginner without prior experience working with the ibidi Pump System, this course provided me with crucial tips and tricks on how to set up a successful flow experiment, where to find practical information, and how to troubleshoot. Peggy and Jennifer were extremely helpful and took a lot of time to answer live, project-specific questions to support the participants with their applications."
