Predefined Cell Adhesion With ibidi Micropatterning Technology
The ibiTreat patterns integrated into the non-adhesive Bioinert surface of the ibidi Polymer Coverslip, provide a platform for studying geometry-driven cell migration, polarization, cytoskeletal dynamics, and organelle transport. The ready-to-use microlanes can be employed directly or coated with extracellular matrix proteins, such as laminin, to facilitate e.g., neuronal outgrowth, including neurite extension and cell–cell communication.
