Chemotaxis Part 1:
Setting up Assays With the µ-Slide Chemotaxis
Course Objectives
Beginner to Intermediate
The aim of this online course is to instruct participants in the experimental setup of 2D and 3D chemotaxis assays with the ibidi µ-Slide Chemotaxis.
You will learn how to conduct a chemotaxis experiment from start to finish, including the handling of the slide and 3D gel preparation. You will also have the opportunity to interact with the ibidi experts to learn tips and tricks that can help you with your own experiments.
After the course, you will be equipped with advanced knowledge and a better understanding of the necessary tools to perform your chemotaxis experiments with the µ-Slide Chemotaxis like an expert.
No sterile working benches or cells are required to participate. Attend the course from the comfort of your office or home.
Target Group
This course is intended for scientists and technical associates who have experience with cell culture and sterile working techniques, and who want to establish chemotaxis experiments with the ibidi µ-Slide Chemotaxis.

What Our Participants Say
"The ibidi Online Course Chemotaxis (Part 1 and Part 2) covers everything from the basics of setting up experiments to analyzing your data, providing all the essential information to get started right away. The section on experimental examples was particularly helpful for me, as it clearly highlights what to avoid and the potential pitfalls you might encounter."

"I thoroughly enjoyed the ibidi Online Course Setup and Analysis of Chemotaxis Assays. It managed to fit a lot of information into a short space of time, while still being easy to follow for a new scientist just learning about chemotaxis and migration assays. It has given me a lot of ideas to try in my research. All the presenters were easy to understand and made the subject interesting."
