Do I have to equilibrate the ibidi angiogenesis labware to 37°C before starting the tube formation experiment?
No, there is no need to equilibrate the µ-Slide 15 Well 3D. They are stored at room temperature and can be immediately filled with the gel matrix. Due to the open-well format of the µ-Slide, the gas that escapes from the gel while warming up, can freely exchange with the atmosphere.
