Do you recommend using growth factor-reduced Matrigel® for tube formation assays?

For tube formation assays with the µ-Slide 15 Well 3D we have use both growth factor-reduced Matrigel^® and non-reduced Matrigel^®. Please find a protocol for growth factor-reduced Matrigel^® in our Application Note 19: Tube Formation.
