Sometimes, the cells tend to clump at the edges of the ibidi Culture-Insert. How can I avoid this?

We observed this when cells are grown to a very high density in the Culture-Insert. To reduce cell clumps, you should use a lower cell density at the start of the experiment. However, sometimes cells stick to the cell-compatible silicone. In this case, we recommend lowering the incubation time, and/or the number of cells.
