"We have successfully tested the µ-Slide 4 Well and 8 Well Glass Bottom. We are very satisfied with these slides. First of all, the fast delivery allows us to be more flexible when we plan our experiments. We tried Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy to study the interaction of Cell Penetrating Peptides with small interfering DNA and obtained great results. As FCS measures the concentration in the focal volume, it is extremely sensitive to surface changes. As we used glass bottom dishes, we were able to achieve a very small focal volume for maximum precision. We also used them for confocal imaging on Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts (GSK3-KO MEF) to study molecular motors and obtained great images on a Leica SP8 with Hyvolution."

"I used the µ-Slide 8 Well in the glass version and in the plastic version with ibiTreat. They were perfect for my experiment — I was performing live cell imaging on 3D cell culture. I found that the Matrigel adhered very well to both slides. The coverslip thickness of the base resulted in superb imaging.
