User Comments

Milena Leseva, The Stephan Angeloff Institute of Microbiology, Sofia, Bulgaria

"The 12 Well and 8 Well Chambers, removable worked very well. We used them for fluorescence staining for H4K16ac in non-adherent, neutrophil cells. We treated the cells with different compounds that are expected to change this modification.

Overall, we are extremely happy with how easy it is to use the cell culture chambers, especially when you have cells with different treatments. We liked the fact that the chamber format minimizes the volume of antibody that we required in order to get a good signal."

"I really love these slides! They are the best that happened to my research workflow. I mainly use the removable 12-well chambers for the high resolution dark field microscopy of platelets and they work excellent for me."
