"We tested the µ-Plate 96 Well for long-term, in-vitro differentiation experiments with human adipose derived stem cells (hASC). In our hands, this plate type is the only one (compared to other optical plates) where the cells differentiate properly, and which was qualified for high throughput screening with a confocal scanning microscope."

"I am glad to say that the ibidi plates were ideal for our purposes. I am working with bacteria (Staphylococci and Pseudomonas) that form biofilms on surfaces. They easily form biofilms in regular 96 well polystyrene microtiter plates but these cannot be visualized by confocal microscopy. We are using combinations of antibiotics to eradicate these biofilms and wished to use live/dead fluorescence staining and confocal microscopy to visualize the results. We set up the experiment using the ibidi µ-Plate 96 Well plates and we were able to observe perfectly the results of our experiments. We will be hoping to upscale this type of work in the near future (given the quality of the results we have achieved) and so will hope to be ordering more of these microtiter plates in the near future.”
