Purified fibrin clots were formed in ibidi μ-Slide VI 0.4 using 2.65 μM human fibrinogen with 9% labeled with DyLight 488 (Thermo Scientific), 1.25 μM human glu-plasminogen with 20% labeled with DyLight 633. Clotting was initiated with 0.25 U/ml Thrombin and 5 mM CaCl2. Images were taken on Zeiss LSM 710 fluorescent confocal microscope using a 63x oil objective.
