The immortalized human bronchial epithelial cells HBEC3-KT (ATCC) were grown on the ibidi μ-Slide 8 Well (ibiTreat) chambered coverslips. The cells were transduced with an shRNA lentivirus to knock down the gene of interest, resulting in multinucleation. Images were obtained using a 60x objective on an inverted Nikon A1R confocal microscope.
