HeLa cells stably expressing mCherry-H2B (purple) and eGFP-α-tubulin (green). Cells were imaged overnight in an ibidi μ-Slide 8 Well to assess the mitotic index following a specific drug addition. Non deconvolved maximum intensity z projection, acquired at the GE DeltaVision widefield microscope.
