HeLa wildtype cells, transfected with PeqFECT and EB3-GFP (end binding protein 3) and grown on an ibidi μ-Slide 2 Well. Cell in background expressing right phenotype, cell in the front overexpressing EB3-GFP, so that whole microtubules are visible.
