HeLa cells were transiently transfected with the actin plasmid (white) p CAG LifeAct-TagGFP2 (Riedl et al, 2008) from ibidi via Torpedo DNA as described by the manufacturer. The cells were fixed, permeabilized, and challenged with DAPI (blue).
