Human hepatic stellate (LX2) cells were cultured in an ibidi μ-Slide I and stained with antibodies against smooth muscle actin (blue) and protein-bound glutathione (green). Nuclei were counterstained with DRAQ5 (magenta). Z-reconstruction of serial single optical sections was performed on an Olympus FV1000 confocal microscope with a 60x (N.A.1.35) oil objective.
