Stop and smell the roses: Primary mouse neonatal cardiomyocytes plated on an ibidi µ-Dish 35 mm, high ESS (28kPa) coated with laminin. Sarcomeres are stained with antibodies raised against the Z-disc protein alpha actinin (red), laminin (green), and DAPI (blue). Cells were imaged at the Wohl Cellular Imaging Centre on a Nikon Eclipse Ti Inverted Spinning Disk Confocal Microscope using a 60X objective.
