The upper two micrographs show blood vessels in skin tissue, visualized with an anti-smooth muscle cell antibody and fluorophore-tagged secondary antibodies. The lower left micrograph displays mitochondria in endothelial cells, stained with MitoTracker® Red. The lower right image shows nuclei of epithelial cells in blue, stained with DAPI. Cells were grown on an ibidi μ-Slide 8 Well, ibiTreat. Image acquisition was performed on a confocal laser scanning microscope.
