Porcine aortic smooth muscle cells cultured under static conditions (72 h; left image) or under flow (20 dyn/cm², 72 h; right image), both on ibidi μ-Slide I ^0.4 Luer. The cells were fixed and subsequently stained for nuclei (blue), collagen (red), and fibronectin (green), and imaged with a Leica DMI3000B fluorescence inverted microscope equipped with a DFC350 FC camera, using a 40x air objective.
