Epithelial mammary gland organoid cultured in 3D Matrigel on an ibidi μ-Dish, imaged using laser scanning confocal microscope Zeiss LSM 800. All epithelial cells are stained red (rhodamine phalloidin), myoepithelial cells are stained green (anti-smooth muscle actin antibody) and nuclei are stained blue (DAPI).
