Migrating cells (H1299-JKAPTR cells, a stable clone originated from H1299 cells) were fixed and subjected to double immunostaining with anti-Myc antibody (green) and TRITC-conjugated phalloidin for F-actin (red). The images were captured on a Leica TCS SP2 confocal microscope using a 63x oil lens.
