Embryonic dorsal root ganglion from E13.5 mouse embryo cultured in a μ-Slide 8 Well, coated with Poly-D-Lysine. After 3 days in culture, myelination was induced with ascorbic acid treatment for 3 weeks. Neuronal cells are labeled with an antibody against b3-tubulin (red) while myelin is labeled with an antibody against Myelin Basic Protein (MBP, green).
