SH-SY5Y cells were seeded in an ibidi μ-Slide I and differentiated with all-trans-retinoic acid for 5d. Subsequently, cells were fixed, permeabilized, and labeled with phalloidin 647. STED images were acquired with excitation at 635 nm, detection at 660-700 nm, and stimulated emission at 745 nm using a custom-built microscope.
