Confocal microscopy of dendritic cells cultured on the ibidi μ-Slide 8 Well with collagen IV coating. Cells are stained with phalloidin-rhodamine to visualize the actin cytoskeleton and with DAPI to visualize the nuclei. To obtain multiple colors in each channel, several exposures at different z-positions were used and a different color was applied to each position.
