Detection of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in a live vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC). Staining: green ROS peroxynitrite anion, peroxyl and hydroxyl radicals (H2DCF-DA), red mitochondrial superoxide anion (MitoSoxTM) and blue nucleus (Hoechst 33342). 2D deconvolution was applied by using the Deblur software from Leica.
