Hippocampal neurons were immunostained with anti-Tyrosinated alpha-Tubulin (shown in green) and stained with phalloidin (red) and DAPI (blue). At the first day of culture, we can observe neurons at different maturation stages. The left one is a neuron at stage 1, the right one is at stage 2.
