Human iPS cells (induced pluripotent stem cells) were cultivated in μ-Slide VI for 5 days and subjected to immunofluorescence staining for detecting pluripotency gene expression (Green: Oct4, Red: Nanog, Blue: nuclear staining, DAPI). Capture: Olympus IX70/Optronics MagnaFire (magnification X100).
