Formation of NETosis in neutrophilic granulocytes by stimulation with the anti-microbial peptide LL- 37, after conditioning with recombinant G-CSF in the ibidi μ-Slide 18 Well. Nuclei were stained using Hoechst 33342 (blue). Microscope used: Leica TCSNT, 63x oil immersion objective.
