Fluorescence image of rat pituitary GH4 tumor cells treated with octreotide for five days. Thesomatostatin receptor 2 was specifically stained using an SSTR2 antibody (green), showing internalization of external SSTR2. The membrane was stained with phalloidin (red). Microscope used:Olympus IX83 with deconvolution; 40x magnification.
