The human dendritic cell line U-DCS grown on a μ-Slide (ibidi). U-DCS was established from an interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma. Peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) were added for 6 hours. U-DCS phagocytoses the PBLs which are visible in vacuoles in the cytoplasm. The slide was washed in PBS, fixed with ethanol and stained with May-Grünwald-Giemsa (MGG).
