Munich, Germany, August 29, 2024—ibidi has expanded its popular µ-Plate product family to include the µ-Plate 24 Well Glass Bottom.
You can now choose between ibidi’s unique Polymer or a high-precision glass Coverslip bottom—both offer brilliant visual clarity combined with optimal cell culture conditions. Designed for microscopy, all the ibidi µ-Plates feature a homogeneous field of view due to an excellent inner well flatness and have black walls that reduce well-to-well crosstalk.
With its exceptional cell adhesion and optical quality, the tissue culture-treated (ibiTreat) #1.5 ibidi Polymer Coverslip bottom improves imaging applications, such as high-resolution fluorescence, confocal microscopy, and live cell imaging. To meet the needs of advanced methods, the #1.5H glass bottom is suitable for specialized microscopy techniques like TIRF and super-resolution microscopy.
All ibidi µ-Plates meet the ANSI/SLAS standard dimensions, making them ideal for automatization and efficient high-throughput screening applications.
