Are the ibidi Channels Slides compatible with DIC microscopy?

ibidi Channel Slides sealed on top with an ibidi Polymer Coverslip are compatible with DIC microscopy. This comprises the following products: µ-Slide I Luer 3D, µ-Slide III 3D Perfusion, and the µ-Slide Spheroid Perfusion. All other Channel Slides that are not sealed with a coverslip on top are not compatible with DIC imaging, since the channel’s ceiling has a high birefringence.
