Which chemoattractant should be used as a positive control?

For establishing a positive control for a chemotaxis effect, we recommend using chemoattractants, which have been already published with your cell type of interest (if available). In case there is nothing known, we advise using fetal calf serum for initializing a chemotaxis effect.
