Is it possible to work with Matrigel™ in a µ-Slide 2 Well Co-Culture?

It is possible to detach the spheroids by rinsing them off with media or PBS using a pipette. The smaller the µ-Pattern, the easier it should be to detach them. Please note that this is only a suggestion and not an official protocol.
