Stornierung von Aufträgen / Warenrücksendungen
Wird ein Auftrag vor Lieferung der Ware vom Kunden storniert, ist die ibidi GmbH berechtigt, dem Kunden alle Kosten, die durch die Stornierung entstehen, zu belasten. Dies gilt insbesondere für die Stornierungs- und Rücktrittskosten, die der ibidi GmbH durch ihre Lieferanten in Rechnung gestellt werden. Rücksendung von Ware, die mängelfrei ist, darf nur mit ausdrücklicher Zustimmung frei Haus an die ibidi GmbH erfolgen. Cancellation of Orders / Return of Goods
If an order is cancelled by the customer prior to delivery of the goods, then ibidi GmbH shall be entitled to charge the customer all costs incurred by the cancellation. This shall apply in particular for cancellation fees that ibidi GmbH is charged by their suppliers.
