A confocal image of human mesothelial cells in a µ-Slide 8 well. YAP nuclear localization and cytoplasmic localization during cell division are shown. The cells were stained for DAPI (nuclei, blue), phalloidin (F-actin, red), and anti-YAP (green). The image was acquired using a Zeiss LSM700 with a 20x objective.
