How to Setup a Successful Immunofluorescence Experiment

Presented by Shuntaro Yamada, Center for Translational Oral Research,
University of Bergen, Norway

Listen to this Webinar

ibiTea Topic Outline

In our 6th ibiTea, our guest speaker Shuntaro Yamada will talk about immunofluorescence, a powerful method for visualizing structures and molecules of interest within cells and tissues, and the challenges researchers often experience in obtaining sharp and brilliant images.

Shuntaro will also share his practical tips and tricks for immunofluorescence staining.

He will walk through a standard immunofluorescence protocol and discuss how to optimize each step to obtain successful images, including cell preparation, fixation, staining, and image acquisition.

CUSTOMER COMMENT

The ibidi Webinar "How to Setup a Successful Immunofluorescence Experiment" was very interesting, well organized, clear, and very useful. It helped me to understand how specific problems could emerge in my immunofluorescence experiments using the ibidi µ-Slide 8 Well. I learned how to optimize my staining protocol in order to obtain better images. I will also be attending the ibidi Online Course "Successful Immunofluorescence Image Acquisition and Quantification".
