Detach your cells and bring them into one focal plane (e.g., by filling them into a counting chamber). You can also wait 15-30 minutes until all cells have fallen to the bottom of the culture vessel. Next, take a picture of the rounded-up cells and upload your data. Finally, you will receive a summary of results, via E-mail, in under an hour. You can then download your detailed results.
